Meet the Founders

Amir Awad is a technology expert with 15 years of experience in various sectors. He has a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Masters in MBA, Microsoft MCP, MCSA, and AWS certified. He started his career in California school districts for 5 years, then was part of Microsoft Gold Partners for 9 years supporting major market stakeholders such as Boeing, Hilton, NASA, Pfizer, Netflix, Samsung, HP, Spotify and many more! Throughout Amir's career, he led several successful projects. In 2023, he joined Salesforce technology team. Amir founded AASA GROUP in 2018, the agency has been growing ever since! He has a passion for innovation and excellence and strives to deliver value and quality to his customers. Amir is a professional musician as well, he loves playing soccer, photography and swimming!

Silvana Ayoub founded AASA GROUP with Amir in 2018. She has a bachelor’s degree in business and a master’s degree in business administration (MBA). With 12 years of experience in enterprise management, marketing and talent recruitment, she brings valuable skills and insights to her role as the leader of AASA GROUP. She is passionate about creating a positive impact through technology and empowering her team to achieve excellence. Silvana is also a professional photographer, she loves painting and swimming!
